The assessment
A recognised framework for understanding
The EQ-i 2.0 is a scientifically developed emotional-intelligence assessment used by qualified professionals in workplace and leadership-development contexts.
What it provides

How it works
From assessment to development.
- 01
Online assessment
You complete the EQ-i 2.0 online, ahead of your debrief session.
- 02
Report and preparation
Your individual report is generated and analysed ahead of your session.
- 03
90-minute debrief
A confidential 1:1 conversation exploring what the results mean in your context.
- 04
Development direction
You leave with development priorities — and, in coaching programmes, a plan to practise them.
Interpretation
Administered and interpreted by a certified practitioner.
Assessment administration and interpretation are conducted by an appropriately certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner. The assessment is the Emotional Quotient-Inventory™ 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0®), published by Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
Results are always explored in conversation, never handed over as a score to interpret alone.

The next step
You don't need another generic leadership programme.
Start with a conversation about where you are, what is changing and what you want to develop.
