These terms
- These terms apply to services provided by EQwareness, KVK 42172462, the Netherlands.
- An engagement begins once a proposal or package has been confirmed in writing.
Services
- Services may include the EQ-i 2.0 assessment, an individual report, a debrief session and individual coaching, as described in the confirmed package.
- Coaching is a developmental service. It is not therapy, medical care or psychological treatment.
Scope of the assessment
- The EQ-i 2.0 is a developmental assessment. It provides structured insight into emotional-intelligence characteristics and is not a clinical diagnosis, a measure of cognitive ability, or a guarantee of future performance or business outcomes.
The reflection tool
- The Reflect tool generates an automated, general reflection brief from the text you enter. It is not an assessment, a diagnosis or professional advice, and no engagement arises from using it.
Fees and payment
- All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is applied where applicable.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Where an organisation sponsors a programme, the organisation is responsible for payment.
Scheduling and cancellation
- Sessions are scheduled by agreement. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to move a session.
- Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged.
Confidentiality
- Assessment results and the content of coaching conversations are treated as confidential and are handled with appropriate data-protection practices.
- Anything shared with a sponsoring organisation is agreed with the individual in advance.
Intellectual property
- Assessment instruments and reports remain the intellectual property of their publisher. Materials prepared by EQwareness are provided for your own development use.
Liability
- Services are delivered with professional care. Decisions you make following assessment or coaching remain your own. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law
- Dutch law applies to these terms and to any engagement entered into with EQwareness.
