Privacy Policy

Who we are
- This website is operated by EQwareness, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 42172462. For any privacy question, contact eq@eqwareness.co.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, email address, company, role, the description you select, and your message.
- Assessment information where you choose to complete an EQ-i 2.0 assessment, including your responses and the resulting report.
- Coaching notes recorded to support your development work.
- Basic technical information generated when you visit the website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory conversation.
- To administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 assessment and prepare your debrief.
- To deliver and document coaching that you have engaged us for.
- To meet administrative and legal obligations such as invoicing.
Assessment data and third parties
- The EQ-i 2.0 is administered through the assessment publisher's platform. Your responses are processed on that platform in order to generate your report.
- We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
- The Reflect tool sends the leadership challenge you type to an AI service, which writes a general reflection brief. It does not produce an assessment result and is not professional advice.
Confidentiality
- Individual assessment results and coaching conversations are treated as confidential.
- Where an organisation sponsors your programme, what is shared with that organisation is agreed with you in advance. By default, sponsors receive administrative confirmation only.
Retention
- We keep information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights
- You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, or restriction of its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact eq@eqwareness.co and we will respond.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
- The website itself uses only what is necessary to function. When you open the booking panel, Calendly loads and may set its own cookies and process the details you enter there in line with its own privacy policy.
